Aluminum slugs are extruded automatically into tubes

Extruded tubes are trimmed and threaded before annealing

Extruded tubes are to be put into oven for annealing

After annealing, tubes will become soft and collapsible

Beautifully trimmed and threaded tubes

Tubes are removed from the oven after annealing

Annealed tubes are ready for base coating process

Tubes are coated externally, usually in white color

Caps are affixed to aluminum tubes after tube printing

Latex lining to be applied at the tube's end

Capping might also be done manually

Latex lining is essential for cosmetic tubes

Latex lining improves tube tightness after crimping
